Had an older leather chair and ottoman - 18 years, I believe. It mostly survived a dog and three kids, but looked its age. We didn't want to get rid of it so I did some research and found a video of someone using Leather 'n' rich leather cleaner/conditioner on Youtube. Purchased some, along with a coloring balm that was pretty close. Had to struggle a bit with the coloring balm but the leather conditioner is amazing. Did the chair and ottoman in about 2.5 hours, and let it sit about 36 hours. Used a white rag to wipe down and no color transfer, and the leather looks and feels amazing again. The conditioner makes it feel brand new - beautiful again. Before and after pictures included below.

Many products give the conditioning and sheen I am looking for in keeping my leather products preserved and looking good, but this one, Black Rock Leather N'Rich smells and feels wonderful to the human hands, which makes it a real winner for me. I tried a small size for my long yearling's adult leather halter and I am so pleased to say I will be purchasing more for saddles, bridles, lead lines, boots, belts, jackets and more. Thank you for providing a superior product!

But, the jar lid got a bit mushed in transit. The jar is fine, I was wondering if you could send me a replacement? Don’t want it to dry out.
