I had recently broken a Tasman lace in one of my Iron Rangers, and had relaxed the pair with some good heavy leather laces purchased from a known vendor in the UK. I didn’t order laces from the UK, specifically, but rather just added some laces to another order to take advantage of the shipping charge I’d be already paying.
Well, those laces may be good, but they’re going to need some work to make them work. Too stiff. Wouldn’t tie.
My Blackrock laces had arrived meantime, so I relaxed with these, and I really like them. They stay tied. Perfect length. Very well made. I might not need the leather laces after all.
